They were very professional. The service was faster than I expected (air bag replacement due to recall). They went above and beyond when they reset the tire pressure sensor. That was unexpected after seeing the “tire pressure low” light for almost a year. I truly recommend Safford Ford Salisbury MD for anyone who needs service on their vehicle. If I could- I would give them more than 5 stars.

When my vehicle got hit by a car in the parking lot at the mall I was worried since I was not from this area & didn’t know body shops around or anything so I let Allstate make a few suggestions. They gave me Safford & I’m glad I ended up going with them not only was the repair done in the time allocated / estimated they were very professional throughout the whole process. When & if I need body work in the future I’ll for sure be coming back & using Safford

Know their stuff, repaired vehicle and took care of recall all in one session. Price was fair enough and repairs were much quicker than I had imagined as car is 13 years old and a hybrid.

Josh Maxfield will be our family's "go to guy" for our vehicle service. When we bought our last 2 vehicles Josh was in sales and we bought both of our vehicles utilizing Josh as our salesperson. Our intent was to buy again utilizing Josh when we were ready for another vehicle. Now that Josh is in service we'll utilize Josh as he was as good for us in service as he was in sales. When we are treated right and fair and honest, we extend customer loyalty.

I was looking for a specific car at a pretty low price point (and I had to go slightly used to get it), so they just didn't have a car that was a fit. But over the months I was hemming and hawing and shopping, Marquise was very helpful, patient, and a complete pleasure to work with. Next time I am in the market for a car, I will certainly be stopping at Safford.
Everyone was congenial. Did everything they could to get us exactly what we wanted in every way . Cubicles are private and we felt at ease .
